Why Yoga?

Yoga is a body-weight-bearing exercise. With a regular yoga practice you will reap the benefits of strength training. Yoga can improve your flexibility, mobility, balance, bone density, endurance, muscle mass, agility and energy level. Yoga is more than a physical practice, it’s a spiritual practice that prepares the mind + body to sit for longer periods of time in meditation, which leads to mindfulness & self-realization. Similar to psychotherapy, yoga focuses on growing developmentally, thus awakening to deeper states of being.

Why Me?

I am a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Instructor with 600+ hours of teaching in group classes, one on one, couples, corporate, children & teens, older adults with cognitive decline, & bigger bodies. I have 7 years of Management & Teaching experience in the yoga industry. I am trained in Baptiste Power Yoga with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Fertility, Functional Yoga & Weighted Yoga. I currently work as a Yoga Therapist in a Health Institute for patients with chronic pain, brain injuries, PTSD, Sleep problems & Prescription drug addictions.

Yoga is holistic in nature. It aims for wholeness in mind, body & soul. Yoga meets you where you are & gives you what you need. There are infinite possibilities to grow & change; it's never too early or too late to discover who you truly are!

At this time, I only offer one on one or two at a time. Private classes have innumerable benefits. We work together to create goals, whether that’s learning to relieve stress & anxiety or how to do a proper plank or warrior 1 pose.
